Verbal assignment of benefit ended 1 July 2026

pricing

Fixed monthly cost.
No surprises.

One subscription, sized by three numbers you already know: how many staff, how many worklists, how many archives. Annual licences, billed monthly. No per-form charges. No upfront capital expenditure. No hidden fees.

how it's sized

Three numbers set your price.

Tell us these and we'll return a fixed monthly quote in your currency — usually the same day.

01 · user licences

Users

Every staff member who signs in — techs, nurses, front desk, admins. Licences live in a pool: unassign one team member and the seat is instantly available for the next.

02 · mwl licences

Worklist connections

Each DICOM Modality Worklist endpoint you connect — typically one per site or department. Add a site, add a licence.

03 · pacs licences

PACS destinations

Each archive completed forms and key images route to. Most practices start with one; multi-archive networks add more.

option a · self-hosted

On your infrastructure

Docker Compose on your own server or private cloud. Your IT team owns the box; the subscription covers licences, updates and support. Patient data never leaves your network.

option b · hosted by trucell

In Trucell's private cloud

A dedicated RadForms instance we run for you, as a fixed monthly service — provisioning, updates, backups and monitoring included, operated under Trucell's ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 certified management system. Nothing for your IT team to build or patch.

always included

A licence is the whole platform.

We don't sell the worklist separately from the signatures, or charge extra for the languages your patients speak.

  • Every feature — no modules or tiers
  • All 13 field types & 11 form languages
  • Unlimited forms and form templates
  • Kiosk mode & Android app builds
  • Medicare AoB digital signatures
  • HL7 / MLLP & SMS / email invitations
  • Backup, monitoring & update tooling
  • Semver releases with safe rollback

prove it first

30 days. Full functionality. Your environment.

Start with a free trial against your own worklist and PACS — on a server you provide, or hosted in Trucell's private cloud. Measure time-to-PACS and staff satisfaction, then decide.

questions

Pricing, answered.

How does the 30-day free trial work?
You run RadForms with full functionality — real worklist, real forms, real PACS routing. The trial needs somewhere to live: a server you provide (Docker 24+ on Windows Server or Linux; minimum 2 CPU cores, 4 GB RAM, 50 GB disk — 4 cores, 8 GB, 200 GB recommended for production), or a hosted instance in Trucell's private cloud if you'd rather not stand up hardware. New installations also get a grace period out of the box, so your IT team can evaluate before any licence is issued. When you're ready, licences activate in place; nothing is reinstalled.
What does “pool licensing” mean in practice?
Like seat pools you already manage (think Microsoft 365): you buy a quantity of user, worklist and PACS licences, and assign them as you like. Staff member leaves? Unassign them and the licence returns to the pool instantly for the next person. Add licences whenever you grow; adjust counts at your annual renewal.
Are there per-form or per-patient charges?
No. Complete ten forms a day or a thousand — the monthly fee is fixed by your licence counts, not your volume.
How does billing work?
Licences run on an annual term, billed monthly — a predictable operating expense with no upfront capital outlay. Hosted instances in Trucell's private cloud add a fixed monthly service fee on the same invoice.
Where does it run, and what do we need?
Two options. Self-hosted:Docker Compose on your own server or private cloud (Windows or Linux — comfortable on 4 CPU cores, 8 GB of RAM and 200 GB of storage), with your data in your PostgreSQL database on your network. Hosted by Trucell:we run a dedicated instance for you in Trucell's private cloud for a fixed monthly service fee — provisioning, updates, backups and monitoring included, nothing for your IT team to build.
How do updates and support work?
Releases are semver-tagged. Administrators apply updates from the Settings screen or a one-line script, with an automatic database backup beforehand and documented rollback. Change-controlled environments can pin versions. Support comes direct from the Trucell team.
Is there really no upfront cost?
No capital expenditure and no implementation fee for a standard deployment — the subscription is the price. If your rollout needs on-site work or custom form design, we'll quote that transparently before anything starts.
