the full catalogue

Everything between the worklist and the report.

Four stages — capture, deliver, route, operate — and every feature in each. No modules, no add-on tiers: a licence includes the lot.

01 · capture

Capture at the point of care

Worklist-first, exactly how your techs already work: search the list, pick the study, and the form is already half-finished.

Live Modality Worklist

Real-time DICOM C-FIND queries against multiple MWL servers — per site, per modality or per department — with date, modality, site and free-text filtering.

Auto-populated patient data

Name, DOB, accession, referrer and study description flow from the worklist into any field mapped to a DICOM tag. Zero double entry.

Drag-and-drop form builder

Build or change forms in minutes without IT. Rich-text labels, per-field help text, and validation for phone numbers, email addresses and custom rules.

Conditional logic

Show, hide or require fields based on other answers. Form rules match templates to studies by modality, procedure description, sex or age — so a CT brain never shows an ultrasound-only form.

Camera, annotations & body diagrams

Photograph contrast vials, injury sites or paperwork with the tablet camera. Annotate, highlight and let patients mark body regions on diagrams.

Signatures with staff sign-off

Canvas signature capture for patients, plus staff review and PIN confirmation before a form is submitted and routed.

13 field types

11 form languages

EnglishSpanishFrenchGermanItalianPortugueseChineseJapaneseKoreanArabicRussian

Labels, options, placeholders and help text translate per field, with English fallback — patients read forms in their own language, whether your practice is in Sydney, Auckland or Santiago.

02 · deliver

Deliver on any device, any channel

On a staff tablet, a waiting-room kiosk, or the patient's own phone before they even arrive.

Kiosk mode for patient handoff

A dedicated full-screen mode locks the device to the form. Six-character pairing codes register tablets, optional DOB confirmation verifies the right patient, and a two-minute inactivity timeout closes abandoned sessions.

SMS & email invitations

Send form links to patients via SMS (Twilio) or email (Resend / SMTP) with configurable invitation text and automatic reminders — pre-visit completion as easy as airline check-in.

Scheduled follow-ups

Workflow rules can send feedback or follow-up forms hours after the appointment, triggered by your RIS/HIS or on a schedule.

Works offline

A full progressive web app with service-worker caching: fill forms without a connection and sync automatically when the network returns.

Android app, per-site builds

A lightweight Android APK wraps your deployment with your own package ID, name and icon — full-screen, no browser chrome, MDM-friendly.

Portrait, landscape, phone, desktop

Responsive from a 320-pixel phone to a 4K nurse-station display, in light and dark themes.

03 · route

Route everywhere the work goes

A completed form is not a PDF in a folder. It's a DICOM object in the study, an email to the referrer, and structured data for the report.

Automatic PACS routing

Forms convert to PDF, wrap as DICOM Secondary Capture and C-STORE to one or more PACS destinations, merging with the right study by accession number.

Conditional routing rules

Route by modality, site or the values inside the form — send screening forms to one archive and consents to another.

Retries and a visible queue

Failed sends retry automatically with backoff. Admins watch the routing queue — pending, completed, failed, paused — and can re-send manually.

Key images in the study

Batch-route clinical photos to PACS as Secondary Capture so referrers and radiologists see them with the images.

Email routing

PDF forms can also route to email destinations with the same conditional rules — referrer copies, admin inboxes, external providers.

HL7 v2 / MLLP automation

An HL7 listener plus JSON options drive order-based automation: patient lookup from OBX segments, rule-based form invitations, and RIS/HIS-triggered workflows.

04 · operate

Governed your way, operated either way

Self-hosted in Docker on your infrastructure — or run for you as a managed service in Trucell's private cloud — with the controls a healthcare IT department actually asks for.

Role-based access control

Roles and permissions for admins, staff and clinicians, with per-user licensing from a reassignable pool.

Enterprise sign-in

LDAP / Active Directory integration, TOTP multi-factor authentication for administrative access, bcrypt-hashed credentials and rate-limited logins — plus ClaveÚnica national-ID sign-in for Chilean deployments.

Audit logging of PHI access

Every access to patient data is recorded — user, action, timestamp, IP — with structured JSON logs ready for your SIEM.

Backups & disaster recovery

Scheduled database and PDF backups to local disk, NAS, S3 or Azure Blob with retention policies. Documented recovery: 2–4 hour RTO, 24-hour RPO or better.

Safe updates

Semver-tagged releases applied from the admin UI or CLI, with an automatic database backup before every update and documented rollback.

Health monitoring

Built-in health endpoints and monitoring scripts for disk, services and backup freshness — plug into UptimeRobot or your NMS.

Want to see it on your worklist?

A 20-minute workflow review with your lead tech and IT is enough to scope MWL, PACS AE titles and SMS. Then pilot on one modality.
